Minerva Castillo just stepped down as President of Rancho Tapatio.
Narrative from original post:
Minerva: “I don’t mind the pandemic much. We like being at home. We walk every day at 8 pm and pray the rosary. So does my son who is a member of the community at St. Michael’s Abby in Silverado, California. He prays the rosary at 5 pm his time—so we do it together.
Ian, my other son, cooks for me. I am not a good cook. Luis gets home early from work so we now all have dinner together.”
