Will: “Well, my passion for kombucha came to me when I moved to California in 2015. I drank a bottle every day till I moved back East. I wanted to keep that up; however, we all know how kombucha can be. That all changed last year when my friend Destiny told me she brews her own. I was quite amazed. It had never crossed my mind to make it myself. She told me it wasn’t as difficult as I thought and that she’d give me a scoby and some starter tea. Since then, I’ve been brewing my own combucha, constantly exploring and experimenting with flavors for myself, friends and coworkers to enjoy.
