Will: “Well, my passion for kombucha came to me when I moved to California in 2015. I drank a bottle every day till I moved back East. I wanted to keep that up; however, we all know how kombucha can be. That all changed last year when my friend Destiny told me she brews her own. I was quite amazed. It had never crossed my mind to make it myself. She told me it wasn’t as difficult as I thought and that she’d give me a scoby and some starter tea. Since then, I’ve been brewing my own combucha, constantly exploring and experimenting with flavors for myself, friends and coworkers to enjoy. If anyone is interested in trying my kombucha, my Instagram account is proessence_kombucha—I’ll create a custom batch for you (it may take a couple weeks) or you can select some if I have any in stock!”
