During Governor Beshear’s coronavirus update this evening, Public Health Commissioner Dr. Steven Stack announced that some non-urgent and emergent healthcare services, diagnostic services, radiology and lab services will reopen on Monday, April 27. Those include healthcare clinics, medical offices, physical therapy settings and chiropractic offices, optometrists, and dental offices. All these facilities will need to follow strict precautions to prevent the further spread of the virus. Beshear also called for industry and association proposals to reopen in ways that are smart, safe, and gradual. And as we approach the end of April, the first complete month we will have spent living socially distant lives, folks continued to celebrate birthdays and stay connected. Pets, balloons, flowers, and sunshine (and birthday cake!) help a great deal . #TogetherKY #TeamKentucky #HealthyatHome

Lexington in the Time of COVID-19 is an artwork about people practicing social distancing at a time of a deadly virus. And also offering kindness.
