Marcellus and Martina Barksdale are a dynamic duo. The fraternal Twins turned 27 on April 21st and are ready to take Lexington to the next level!
Marcellus is former professional basketball player and is currently the general manager at the Kentucky basketball commission—he has helped hundreds of youth pursue and achieve their dreams in sports. You can tune in to his new pod cast KBC Hoops! He’s a soon to be #girldad!!!

Martina is an all-around creative! As the account executive for LM communications, she handles marketing and sales for some of the top businesses in the area! Currently, you can catch her with the Cincinnati Reds as the game day host! She is the producer and talk show host for the Sit-in show, a space for marginalized communities, as well as the sit & savor food blog. She loves the camera, whether in-front of it or behind it!

Lexington in the Time of COVID-19 is an artwork about people practicing social distancing at a time of a deadly virus. And also offering kindness.

Kurt Gohde and Kremena Todorova capture photographs at the periphery of American culture, where drag queens, discarded couches, and abandoned motel signs exist.
